Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil
- 1 small onion, chopped1 tomato, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons shito (Ghanaian black pepper sauce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Beat eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper
- Heat butter or oil in a pan and sauté onions until translucent
- Add tomatoes and shito, cook for a few minutes
- Pour in the eggs and scramble until cooked to your preference
- Serve hot with toast or fried plantains
